This is an outbound Sales Development Representative role focused on generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
You will be working primarily from an existing database of prospects and warm leads, using a combination of phone, text, email, video messaging, and social outreach to create conversations and book strategy calls.
This is not a passive dialing role. Success in this position requires consistent outreach, strong follow-up, and the ability to engage prospects across multiple channels.
There is a clear path to move into a closing role for individuals who demonstrate consistent performance.
The role is fully remote and requires working Eastern Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to warm and aged prospects
Set qualified strategy calls for the sales team
Follow up through phone, text, email, video, and social channels
Send video messages to increase engagement and response rates
Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up cadence
Track activity, notes, and outcomes within the CRM
Participate in team sessions and maintain visibility within the organization
Work toward daily and monthly performance targets
Requirements (Who We Are Looking For)
Minimum 3 years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience
Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
Comfortable using multiple outreach channels (phone, text, email, video, social)
Confident on camera and willing to be visible in team environments
Self-disciplined and able to stay productive in a remote setting
Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
Coachable and open to feedback
Motivated by performance-based earnings and growth opportunities
Candidates must be able to work Eastern Time hours.
Performance Expectations
Target of 3+ appointments set per day
Consistent outbound activity across multiple channels
Strong follow-up and pipeline management
Focus on both volume and quality of conversations
Schedule
Fully remote
Eastern Time Zone required
Must attend live team session at 8:30 AM EST (Monday through Thursday)
Active participation and camera presence required
Compensation
Base Pay: $2,000 per month
Commission Structure:
Paid per showed appointment
Additional earnings based on closed deals from your pipeline
Commission may vary slightly based on product sold
Typical Earnings:
Average performers: $4,000–$5,500 per month
Strong performers: $5,000–$6,500+ per month
