This opportunity is with a long-established real estate technology and marketing company that has been operating for more than two decades. The organization provides advertising platforms, lead generation tools, and technology solutions used by real estate agents and mortgage professionals across the United States.
The sales team includes more than 80 professionals, and many have built long-term careers with the company. More than 15 percent of the team has been there for over ten years. Leadership places a strong emphasis on coaching and development, with a culture built around performance, consistency, and growth.
This is a phone-based inside sales role where you will speak directly with real estate agents and loan officers who are looking to generate more business through marketing tools, technology platforms, and lead generation services.
During the onboarding period, you will spend a short ramp phase dialing and setting appointments while learning the sales process and products. As you become proficient, you will begin closing your own appointments. Once you demonstrate consistent performance, you will transition into handling primarily inbound calls that are transferred directly to you to close.
The role is fully remote and operates on a structured Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Speak with real estate agents and mortgage professionals interested in growing their business
Conduct phone-based sales conversations and close deals in real time
Handle scheduled appointments and inbound live transfer calls
Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
Track activity and notes within the CRM system
Participate in sales training and coaching sessions
Consistently work toward individual sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements (Who We Are Looking For)
Experience in inside sales, call center sales, or phone-based closing
Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence
Ability to handle objections and guide prospects through purchasing decisions
Self-disciplined and able to stay productive in a remote environment
Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment
Reliable computer, strong internet connection, and professional headset
Candidates who can consistently work Eastern Time hours are preferred
Compensation
Training Guarantee: $5,000 per month during the initial onboarding period
Base Pay: $16–$19 per hour
Commission: 20 percent on sales
Additional Earnings: Set-up fees and performance bonuses
Typical Earnings:
Average reps are earning $10,000+ per month by month three
Top performers earn $20,000–$25,000 per month
Pay is issued weekly.
