What You’ll Do

  • Take qualified inbound calls from executives considering our programs

  • Proactively follow up, reactivate past leads, and manage your pipeline

  • Run an integrity-based consultative sales process (no pressure tactics)

  • Handle objections around money and mindset with professionalism

  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to refine conversions

  • Maintain flexible availability, including evenings/weekends when prospects are ready to buy

What You Won’t Do

  • Cold call or spam unqualified leads

  • Wait around for a full calendar

  • Close with empty promises or hard-sell tactics

  • Get micromanaged—we hire pros and expect results
