
High Ticket Health Sales Closer | Remote W2 Role With Base + Commission
Our client is a rapidly growing holistic health organization seeking experienced Health Advisors (Closers) to join their remote sales team. This is not a transactional sales role. You will be guiding people through meaningful, sometimes uncomfortable health and financial decisions that can fundamentally change their quality of life.
As a Health Advisor, you will work with warm, qualified prospects who have already expressed interest in improving their health. These individuals are seeking guidance, clarity, and confidence before committing to a care plan. Your role is to lead thoughtful, consultative conversations that help them understand their situation, their options, and the value of taking action.

This is a full-time W2 position with a base salary, uncapped commissions, and benefits. Training is structured and performance-driven to get you productive quickly without sacrificing quality or integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 1:1 phone and video consultations with warm, pre-qualified prospects
• Guide prospects through health-related and financial conversations with clarity and confidence
• Use a consultative sales approach rooted in education, empathy, and authority
• Assess client readiness, commitment, and fit before enrollment
• Follow up with prospects who did not enroll on the first conversation
• Act as a quality checkpoint for patients you previously enrolled
• Maintain accurate notes, activity tracking, and pipeline management in CRM
• Participate in ongoing training, sales meetings, and skill development sessions
• Support new product or service launches as they become available

Requirements
• 3+ years of proven success in consultative or high-ticket sales
• Strong objection handling skills without pressure or manipulation
• Comfortable discussing sensitive topics related to health, finances, and accountability
• Experience selling remotely via Zoom, phone, and CRM systems
• Self-directed, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Clear communicator who can build trust quickly
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and personal responsibility
• High integrity and alignment with long-term client outcomes

• $46,000 annual base salary
• Monthly commission on total collections
• 5 -12% on Cash Collected (tiered)
• Additional top-performer monthly bonuses
• Typical commission range of $3,000–$10,000 per month
• Year 1 OTE commonly $90,000–$150,000
• Year 2 OTE for strong performers $150,000+
