By submitting your application to Brick House Recruitment (“BHR”), you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:
No Guarantee of Employment: Submission of your application to BHR does not guarantee employment, interviews, or placement. Final hiring decisions rest solely with BHR’s clients.
Consent to Data Use & Disclosure: You authorize BHR to collect, store, and share your resume, profile, application materials, assessments, and interview recordings with current or prospective clients for the purpose of recruitment. This consent is valid for up to 18 months from the date of submission unless withdrawn in writing.
Ongoing Communication Obligation: If you are introduced to a client of BHR or enter any stage of a hiring process, you agree to:
Notify BHR of any interview (phone, virtual, or in-person) within 48 hours.
Notify BHR of any verbal or written offer received within 24 hours.
Provide informal updates on process movement, delays, or decisions upon request.
Post-Introduction Placement Obligation (12-Month Clause): If you are hired, contracted, or otherwise engaged by a client to whom you were introduced by BHR within 12 months of that introduction (regardless of BHR’s active involvement at the time), you must inform BHR immediately. This includes cases where the client contacts you directly.
Non-Circumvention: You agree not to intentionally circumvent BHR by soliciting or accepting employment, consulting, or freelance offers directly from any BHR client introduced to you without BHR’s written consent. Violation of this clause may result in your disqualification from BHR’s candidate network and may trigger legal or contractual actions on the client side.
Disqualification for Breach: Any violation of these terms may result in your immediate removal from consideration for current and future roles. While BHR does not pursue legal action against individual candidates, it reserves the right to take legal or contractual enforcement actions against clients in cases of circumvention or unreported hires.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
