I never planned on becoming a recruiter, but life’s twists and turns often lead us exactly where we need to be. Back in 2019, I found my true calling in recruitment, where I’ve built a fulfilling career helping businesses grow by connecting them with top talent.I got my start into recruiting at Adecco, honing my recruitment skills then I moved over to Comcast's Effectv, leading GTM recruiting for media tech and advertising roles.
My journey took a pivotal turn when I joined the High Ticket space in 2023. This is where I specialized in building remote high-ticket sales teams. I hired over 180 sales professionals and helped over 50 Founders, CEOs, and sales managers build their businesses by scale their remote sales efforts by recruiting top talent across various industries in the High Ticket sector.Now both as Brick House Recruitment, and the Fractional Director of Recruitment at ScalingSales.Pro, I leverage my High Ticket industry expertise to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for remote sales roles for high ticket coaching offers!Helping candidates see their full potential is probably one of my favorite things! I love helping fine tune their profile and resumes to really showcase their skill sets or even spending the time on interview coaching and preparation!Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in my community with my passion of roller derby. I am currently a part of 3 non-profit organizations focused around roller derby. Most recently I founded and coach Wilmington Junior Roller Derby, where I inspire kids 7-17 to be the next generation of skaters. I also coach Cape Fear Roller Derby and proudly serve as the team captain for the Carolina Wrecking Balls, ranked #6 in the world.
